• Shifted layout from traditional government format to editorial style

• Used Louisiana‑specific imagery and strong typographic hierarchy

• Produced fully Section 508‑compliant PDFs for each issue

• Maintained consistency and accessibility across multiple editions

These quarterly agency updates represent ongoing design work rather than a one‑time deliverable. The goal was to make complex recovery and economic development information easier to read while maintaining public accountability.

Each issue balances storytelling, data, and accessibility requirements. The work emphasizes consistency over time, reinforcing trust and usability for a public audience, including readers who rely on assistive technologies.
